Refund Policy of Vocal Excellence Academy
Introduction: Welcome to the Refund Policy of Vocal Excellence Academy. We value our students and their commitment to learning, and we understand that sometimes, things don’t go as planned. Our policy is designed with fairness, clarity, and commitment to our students in mind. Please review the following terms to understand our practices regarding refunds.
1. Course Enrollment Refunds:
1.1. If you cancel within the first 7 days of enrolling in a course, you are entitled to a full refund. However, this does not apply if you’ve accessed more than 30% of the course content or if any downloadable resources have been accessed.
1.2. After the initial 7 days, refunds will be prorated based on the percentage of the course content accessed. If more than 50% of the course has been completed, no refund will be provided.
2. Monthly Membership Refunds:
2.1. For monthly membership subscriptions, cancellations made within the first 3 days will receive a full refund.
2.2. If the cancellation is made after the initial 3 days but before 15 days, a 50% refund will be provided.
2.3. No refunds will be provided after 15 days of subscription.
3. Event & Workshop Refunds:
3.1. Full refunds for events or workshops will be granted up to 14 days prior to the start date.
3.2. If cancellation occurs within 7-13 days of the event or workshop, a 50% refund will be provided.
3.3. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event or workshop will not be eligible for a refund.
4. Physical Products:
4.1. Refunds for physical products will be processed if a return request is made within 14 days of the purchase date.
4.2. The product must be returned in its original condition. If the product is damaged or shows signs of wear, a refund may be denied or a restocking fee may apply.
5. Special Circumstances:
If you are unable to continue the course or attend an event due to medical or other significant personal reasons, please contact our support team with documentation. We will consider these requests on a case-by-case basis.
6. Refund Processing:
6.1. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
6.2. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
7. Modifications to Our Refund Policy:
We reserve the right to update or change our Refund Policy at any time, and you should check this Refund Policy periodically. Continued use of our services after we post any modifications will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide by the modified Refund Policy.
